Must Have
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, No practice restrictions, Minimum 3 years post-grad clinical nursing experience, Skilled in patient assessments, Skilled in care planning, Skilled in risk screening, Experience with chronic disease management, IT proficiency is essential, Located in Western Australia
Nice to Have
Mental health nursing experience, Medicinal cannabis experience, Previous telehealth experience, Previous virtual care experience, Confident in conducting remote consultations, Flexible and adaptable to shifting patient needs, Flexible and adaptable to tech updates, Emotionally resilient, Able to maintain professionalism under pressure
What You'll Do.
Conduct high-volume telehealth assessment consults daily
Provide empathetic care
Provide non-judgmental care
Maintain clear emotional boundaries
Accurately document consult outcomes
Support safe prescribing
Support effective prescribing
Respond to patient enquiries
Provide follow-up support
Escalate issues as needed
Liaise with prescribers
Liaise with Patient Care team
Ensure continuity of care
Deliver care from desk
Support team with general admin tasks
Contribute to collaborative culture
