What You'll Do.
Complete nursing assessments upon admission
Administer medications
Monitor client responses
Implement detoxification protocols
Monitor detoxification protocols
Conduct COWS assessments per protocol
Conduct CIWA assessments per protocol
Provide health education to clients
Provide medication education to clients
Collaborate with medical providers during evaluations
Collaborate with medical providers during medication management
Maintain accurate documentation
Maintain timely documentation
Ensure medical equipment is functioning properly
Ensure medical equipment is functioning safely
Support a safe treatment environment
Support a respectful treatment environment

Registered Nurse (RN) – Day Shift Location: Concord, MA Pay Rate: $45 per hour plus any applicable shift differentials Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, or Per Diem | Day Shift (7:00am–7:00pm) Additional shifts are also available.
