Deliver patient centered care within the haemodialysis setting

Provide support to the Management Team by participating in the clinical

**Primary purpose of the role:** Responsible to deliver patient centered care within the haemodialysis setting in accordance with organisational core values / standards of practice and codes and guidelines as set out by APHRA.
