What You’ll Be Doing: Supervise Medication Aides, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Caregivers in the delivery of resident care Act as a liaison and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and physicians Assist residents with mobility needs and daily living activities including bathing, grooming, and personal care Support compliance with state and federal nursing regulations Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and resident-centered care Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Active RN license in the state Experience in senior care or long-term care setting preferred Familiarity with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory impairments Strong oral and written communication skills One year of supervisory experience including coaching, performance feedback, and team development Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance Excellent organizational skills Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
