Key responsibilities include managing prior authorizations, verifying medications, coordinating pharmacy refills, and handling a high volume of phone and email communications. This role plays a critical part in supporting daily clinical operations through a variety of administrative tasks, helping ensure efficient workflows and seamless continuity of care for patients and their families. This position is full-time (5 days a week at 8 hours/day); operating on a Monday through Friday schedule with no holiday, weekend, or on-call responsibilities. Shift hours may vary with a start time between 7:30am and 8:30am and with end time between 4:00pm and 5:00pm. Performs nursing process while providing direct patient care in a safe and effective manner that promotes quality patient outcomes. Functions as member of interdisciplinary healthcare team. **Experience** * No minimum experience required **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor of Science in Nursing * 1 year of RN experience; pediatrics preferred * Previous experience with mental health and/or autism preferred **Education** * Graduation
