What You'll Do.

Delivers nursing care by developing a nursing establishing nursing care defining nursing providing physical

and spiritual support to residents

and friends to understand residents conditions

and self-care noting changing conditions and re-evaluating care objectives.

Provides resident care by reviewing physician communicating the nursing care plan and all pertinent information to other members of the health care coordinating with other healthcare providing physical

and spiritual support to residents

and conferring with physicians.

Develops nursing care plans by obtaining medical examining documenting residents physical condition

and influencing social conferring with family and developing a nursing establishing nursing care defining nursing interventions

Teaches healthcare requirements by establishing resident care instructing resident

and friends to understand condition

and self-care answering providing information and resources.

Evaluates resident's care by adhering to therapeutic measuring health outcomes against resident care reviewing resident's noting changing conditions and re-evaluating care modifying nursing care plan.

and healthy resident care environment by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols

medication administration and storage procedures

and controlled substance adhering to organization standards and policies

and to legal alerting others regarding potential concerns.

Keeps resident care equipment operating by following operating instructions and established troubleshooting maintaining performing preventive calling for repairs.

Keeps resident care supplies ready by checking anticipating placing and expediting verifying stocking items.

Coordinates admissions

discharges and transfers to and from the facility.
