Must Have
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Board of Nursing, Active license in the state of practice, RN may be eligible for up to $20,000 sign-on bonus, LPN may be eligible for up to $10,000 sign-on bonus

Less than 1 year experience in Long Term Care
What You'll Do.
Provides professional nursing care
Completes assessments on residents
Makes appropriate interventions
Prioritizes resident care
Complies with pharmaceutical policies
Ensures medications/treatments are given safely
Administers medications according to facility policy
Participates in care planning process
Assures resident care is implemented
Initiates and updates plan of care
Complies with documentation standards
Communicates and manages resident care delivery
Ensures quality care is provided
Guides staff in meeting resident needs
Practices routines based on residents’ needs
Participates in physician rounds
Communicates changes in resident condition
Processes and transcribes physician’s orders
Implements physician orders
Seeks educational opportunities
Shares knowledge with others
Assists with orientation of new staff
Investigates incidents
Investigates patient/family complaints
Makes immediate report to VP
Facilitates conflict management
