Registered Nurse (RN) license, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, Active license in the state of practice
Nice to Have
1-3 years experience in clinical or long term care, Less than 1 year experience in Long Term Care
What You'll Do.
Develop nursing care plans
Provide physical support
Provide emotional support
Provide psychological support
Provide spiritual support
Note changing conditions
Re-evaluate care objectives
Perform licensed practical nursing functions
Complete assessments on residents
Make appropriate interventions
Prioritize resident care
Comply with pharmaceutical policies
Ensure medications are given safely
Ensure treatments are given accurately
Administer medications according to policy
Participate in care planning
Assure resident care is implemented
Initiate plan of care
Comply with documentation standards
Communicate resident care delivery
Manage resident care delivery
Guide staff in meeting needs
