We’re seeking strong clinical leaders who are passionate about supporting surgical teams and driving high-quality patient care. This is a salaried position, with an expectation of working five days per week, offering an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within Surgical Services at Children’s. Facilitates and manages day-to-day department operations, including fiscal and human resources processes. Supports and ensures that comprehensive patient care services are provided that support the integrity of the family system and patient care team. Proactively supports efforts that ensure delivery of safe patient care and services and promote a safe environment at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. **Experience** * 2 years of clinical experience in perianesthesia care **Preferred Qualifications** * Advanced education in business, management, or related field * 2 years of experience in management/administration in a healthcare setting * Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition and Stabilization (PEARS) based on department-specific recommendation **Education** * Bachelor’s degr
