Eligibility Requirements

Rotating days/evenings/nights/weekends/holidays, 7pm-7am, 7am-7pm, 11pm-11pm; 72hrs/2wks, visual acuity adequate to perform position duties, Comply with safety principles, laws, regulations, and standards associated with, but not limited to, CMS, The Joint Commission, DHHS, and OSHA if applicable.

What You'll Do.

Delivers Nursing Care by developing a nursing establishing nursing care defining nursing providing physical

and spiritual support to patients

and friends to understand patient conditions

and self-care noting changing conditions and re-evaluating care objectives

Provides patient care by reviewing physician communicating the nursing care plan and all pertinent information to other members of the health care coordinating with other healthcare providing physical

and spiritual support to patients

and conferring with physicians

Develops nursing care plans by obtaining medical examining documenting patient physical condition

and influencing social conferring with family and developing a nursing establishing nursing care defining nursing interventions

Teaches healthcare requirements by establishing patient care instructing patient

and friends to understand condition

and self-care answering providing information and resources

Evaluates patient care by adhering to therapeutic measuring health outcomes against patient care reviewing patient noting changing conditions and re-evaluating care modifying nursing care plan

and healthy patient care environment by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols

medication administration and storage procedures

and controlled substance adhering to organization standards and policies

and to legal alerting others regarding potential concerns

Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records

Keeps patient care equipment operating by following operating instructions and established troubleshooting maintaining performing preventive calling for repairs

Keeps patient care supplies ready by checking anticipating placing and expediting verifying stocking items
