Develops nursing care plans by obtaining medical examining documenting patient physical condition

and influencing social conferring with family and developing a nursing establishing nursing care defining nursing interventions

Teaches healthcare requirements by establishing patient care instructing patient

and friends to understand condition

and self-care answering providing information and resources.

Evaluates patient care by adhering to therapeutic measuring health outcomes against patient care reviewing patient noting changing conditions and re-evaluating care modifying nursing care plan.

and healthy patient care environment by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols

medication administration and storage procedures

and controlled substance adhering to organization standards and policies

and to legal alerting others regarding potential concerns.
