Must Have
Graduate of an accredited Associates degree or Bachelors degree in Nursing, Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), One (1) year of professional experience practicing as a Registered Nurse (RN), BLS Basic Life Support or ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support and PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support (preferred at hire, must obtain from approved source prior to direct patient ACLS and PALS required within 6 months of hire)
Nice to Have
Recent Emergency Department or Critical Care experienced preferred, EPIC Electronic Health Record training (preferred, not required)
What You'll Do.
Utilize organizational and leadership skills to assess patient
Determine the priority of the patient’s problems and
Implement clinical nursing interventions
Develop and perform patient care plans to enhance
Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
Care for groups of patients in a fast-paced
update and revise the plan of care
Serve as point of contact for patients' care
Provide care to a broad spectrum of patients
Administer medications in a safe manner
