* ## **Home clinic will be Middletown, but may need to travel to all four locations as needed- Enola, Camp Hill, Middletown and Newberry.** * ## **Position Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday, light on calls that will be discussed.** **About this role:** As a Home Therapies Registered Nurse, you will manage patient care in an independent home therapy program by providing education and support to patients and caretakers who have chosen to dialyze in the comfort of their home.
