Associates degree required, New Jersey State Nursing License required, BLS certification required, 0 – 1 years experience
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree preferred, 2-4 years experience preferred, Experience with EHR preferred, Experience with Practice Management System preferred, Experience with Departmental/Ancillary Systems preferred, Experience with Standard Office Equipment preferred, Experience with Standard Office Technology in a Window based environment preferred, Experience with patient care equipment preferred

Assist physician and staff with coordination
Function as liaison between patients
Maintain efficient patient flow
Deliver direct patient care
Collect lab specimens
Label specimens accurately
Perform Point of Care testing
Prioritize patient care
Implement physician orders
Implement nursing procedures
Ensure proper preparation for patient visit
Prepare pertinent information for patient visit
Manage Nurse Visit schedule
Perform patient intake
Perform patient check-in/check-out
Assure correct patient identification
Manage Clinical Nurse inbox
Obtain vital signs accurately
Document vital signs in EHR
Administer injections according to protocol
Document injections accurately in EHR
Administer VIS sheets
Perform patient outreach
Coordinate daily huddles
Facilitate daily huddles
Demonstrate telephone triage protocols
Document telephone triage in EHR
Schedule appointments appropriately
Schedule appointments accurately
Identify annual visits
Schedule annual visits
Monitor daily hospital discharge list
Collaborate with Care Management for TCM visits
Adhere to universal safety precautions
Review medication list in EHR
Update medication list in EHR
Initiate prior authorization requests

Enter orders in Practice Management System
