Must Have
Active Registered Nurse License, Basic Life Support certification, Communicate effectively verbally and in writing, Remain calm in stressful situations, Maintain patient confidentiality, At least 21 years of age
Nice to Have
1 year+ working with patients, Mental health field experience
What You'll Do.
Provide coordinated medical and clinical nursing care
Partner with interdisciplinary team
Provide professional nursing care
Perform nursing services
Perform initial intake assessment
Complete provider orders
Administer medications
Perform specimen processing
Perform point of care testing
Place/maintain nasogastric tubes
Administer enteral feeding
Place/maintain intravenous access
Administer intravenous fluids
Document direct patient care
Delegate care to LPNs
Delegate care to BHTs
Communicate care with treatment team
Coordinate care with treatment team
Implement individualized treatment plan
Ensure care aligns with treatment plan

What you’ll be doing: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides coordinated medical and clinical nursing care to meet the needs of each assigned patient within the ERC Pathlight system. They will partner with an interdisciplinary team to provide quality care and a consistently therapeutic milieu for all patients. As a leader of the health care team, the RN provides professional nursing care, utilizing sound clinical judgement, in alignment with ERC Pathlight’s established standards of care, policies, and procedures. They are expected to remain flexible, demonstrate effective, efficient care while maintaining quality
