Must Have

Licensed to practice professional nursing as a registered nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Certification in basic life support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life support (ACLS) certification required in certain units, Nursing degree: Diploma, ASN or BSN, Physical ability to meet job responsibilities, Basic computer proficiency

Nice to Have

1+ years of RN experience, Ability to obtain BSN within 4 years, Relevant clinical experience and/or specialty, certification required for certain practice areas, Fluency in another language

What You'll Do.

Deliver nursing care in the Medical Surgical

Planning patient care

Intervening with patients

Communicate with health care team members

Communicate with patients

Communicate with families

Coordinate patient care activities

Delegate patient care activities

Update patient records

Manage patient records

Enter computerized data/information

Interpret computerized data/information

Follow guidelines and policies

Follow policies established by BMC’s nursing organization
