What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Completion of a university, college, or other approved nursing program, Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) program, Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario, Chemotherapy administration certification, Experience in the care of the client with oncologic disorders, Ability to function entirely independently, Evidence of physical assessment, Ability to predict changes in patient status, Evidence of effective psychosocial skills, Evidence of patient/family teaching skills, Demonstrated knowledge and ability to utilize the nursing process, Evidence of commitment to self-directed learning
Nice to Have
Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred, Recent hematology/oncologyone marrow transplant experience
