This role requires adaptability and a strong commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. You’ll be responsible for delivering nursing care across various units, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. The iFlex RN assumes responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for patients.
