Must Have
Graduation from an accredited registered nurse program, Current registered nurse license with no restrictions, Possess credentials required by Federal or State law, Current CPR Certification or eligibility to obtain certification, At least 18 years of age
Nice to Have
BSN preferred, Prior IDD experience, Prior case management experience

Provide holistic nursing care
Evaluate health needs
Coordinate medical care

Assist with training programs
