The Administrative Nurse is responsible for oversight of medication management within residential programs and when delegated, will assist Client Care Coordinators with medical issues and medical trainings, including medication administration. This position requires travel to all residential programs to support medication and medical requirements. **Location:** Marietta, GA region **Employment Type:** Full-time **Compensation:** $38/hr+ (based on credentials and experience) **Incentives:** $5,000 sign-on bonus available. No relocation packaged offered. **Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm ****This is an office-based position that supports our group home operations and requires routine visits to our residential homes. It is ideal for nurses seeking a more structured and steady-paced environment outside of traditional fast-paced hospital or SNF settings. Candidates with prior IDD and case management experience are strongly encouraged to apply.**** **Responsibilities** * Provide holistic nursing care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities * Observe, assess, and evaluate the health needs of the people we support * Coordinate preventative and routine medical care for people supported * Document nursing care provided * Provide clinical supervision or oversight for licensed practical nurses and med techs as deemed necessary * Assist with educational and training programs for new employees to include planning, conducting, and scheduling in a timely manner * Conduct employee performance evaluations and develop performance improvement plans * Promote continuous improvement of wor
