Current Registration with College of Nurses of Ontario, Current Heart & Stroke BLS certification, Current Heart & Stroke ACLS certification, Current Critical Care Certificate required or in progress, Minimum 1 year recent Critical Care experience, Ability to interpret advanced arrhythmias, Ability to interpret 12 lead ECG, Comfortable with monitors, Comfortable with pumps, Comfortable with ECG machines, Comfortable with phlebotomy, Comfortable with invasive pressure monitoring, Comfortable with ventilators, Excellent decision making skills, Excellent problem solving skills, Demonstrated leadership skills, Demonstrated assessment skills, Excellent documentation skills, Ability to work well under stress, Meet physical demands of position, Satisfactory employment record, Satisfactory attendance record
