What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Active RN license (or compact eligibility), Graduate of an accredited nursing program, Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience, clinical judgment and compassionate care approach, Ability to manage a caseload independently, Excellent communication skills in sensitive situations, Basic EMR proficiency, Current CPR certification, Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Nice to Have
Experience in hospice, palliative care, or home health, pain and symptom management skills, Case management and interdisciplinary care experience, Ability to quickly build trust with patients and families, Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
