What You'll Achieve.
Achieves unit specific initial and ongoing competencies. Identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient or situation as needed. Demonstrates ability to evaluate and adjust as needed and document patients progress while under the care of the cardiovascular lab team toward attainment of optimal outcomes.

Critical thinking skills
40 hours every 2 weeks. 8-12 hour shifts, includes on call requirement with 30-minute response time.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Graduate of accredited Registered Nursing Program required. Current Michigan RN license (or completed by the end of orientation) required. Current BLS and ACLS for the Healthcare Provider (or completed within 60 days of hire) required. Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care and service appropriate to the age of the patients served in his/her area.

Functions as a patient advocate coordinating patient care, involving other members of the health care team as appropriate.
