What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Registration and current RN licensure in the state of MA in good standing, current basic life support (BLS) certification
Nice to Have
BSN, Advanced Cardiac Life support (ACLS) certification, Experience in Cardiology EP lab/Arrhythmia Center
What You'll Do.
supports outpatient cardiology and remote cardiac monitoring services
monitoring patients with cardiac implantable devices
reviewing cardiac telemetry
communicating clinically significant findings
coordinating patient care through phone and electronic communication
and coordination of care for patients and their families
Epic EMR in-basket management
medication refill coordination
patient documentation
completion of clinical forms
Support and coordinate remote monitoring for patients with pacemakers
implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICDs)
and implantable loop recorders
Interpret cardiac telemetry and communicate significant arrhythmia findings to providers in a timely manner
Support patient compliance by managing device advisories and disconnected monitors
Assist with Holter monitor application and provide patient education
