Must Have
Active Compact Nursing License accepted in lieu of state-specific licensure, Maintains active license and meets renewal requirements, Current ACLS certification

Post Op and/or OR Circulator experience
What You'll Do.
Delivering excellent patient care
Coordinating and ensuring a safe and compliant working environment
Assisting in surgical procedures
Ensuring accurate and complete patient charting
Conducting pre- and post-operative visits
Monitor patient vitals and safety
Administer and document medication
Monitor lidocaine use and antibiotic prophylaxis
Leads emergency drills
Maintains Banyan Stat Kit and AED checks
Conducts narcotic counts and monitors medication security
Maintains accurate and timely patient records
Ensures timely documentation
Maintains sterile field and proper OR setup
Oversees equipment sterilization
Completes daily/weekly logs and inspections per protocol
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Fostering a spirit of teamwork; Collaborates with Practice Manager to ensure adequate medical staffing; Assists with RN/LPN interviews and staff evaluations; Educates staff on safety protocols and clinical procedures
