# _**Job Description​**_ **Up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus available for select med surg RN night shift positions!** **Saint Luke 's East Hospital **is looking for a **Registered Nurse** to join the dynamic **Cardiovascular Recovery Unit.** **Position:** Registered Nurse – CVRU **Schedule:** Full Time, 36 Hours/Week – Nights Join a dynamic and collaborative cardiac and critical care team where your expertise and clinical judgement truly make a difference. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing complex cardiovascular and interventional procedures, as well as managing acute and critical diagnoses. The RN functions with a high degree of clinical judgement, accountability, and critical thinking while collaborating within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Patient Population & Clinical Focus The RN will care for patients with, but not limited to: * Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) * Pacemaker placement * Peripheral vascular procedures * Interventional radiology (IR) procedures * Respiratory failure * DKA/insulin drips * Post–STEMI recovery * Other acute and complex cardiac and critical care diagnoses Functions independently and accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Coordinates the care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team. Delegates tasks appropriately. Identifies hospital resources. Serves as a clinical resource for new employees.
