Must Have
Registered Nurse (RN) - State Board of Nursing, 1 Year Experience in a crisis management setting or service, 1 Year Experience with children/youth/adolescents in a Crisis setting
What You'll Do.
Oversee paraprofessionals
Provide direct nursing care
Carry out treatment as directed
Carry out supportive care as directed
Assess and document individuals' status
Educate individuals about mental illness
Participate in treatment plan development
Monitor individuals for health and safety
Carry out crisis intervention
Administer medications
Refer for emergency medical treatment
Observe individual response to treatment
Follow detoxification protocols
Complete nursing assessments
Submit authorizations for treatment
Attend meetings and training
Comply with policies and regulations
Assist in crisis situations
Ensure physician orders are followed
