What You'll Do.
Provide professional nursing care
Coordinate care planning
Document initial nursing histories
Assess patients’ conditions
Develop individual care plans
Assist physicians with examinations
Assist with procedures
Assist with direct patient care
Evaluate outcomes of patient care
Consult with other specialists
Revise nursing care processes
Coordinate discharge planning
Monitor patients’ condition
Record patients’ condition
Maintain confidentiality
Formulate a teaching plan
Evaluate effectiveness of learning
Coordinate patients’ diagnostic services
Coordinate patients’ therapeutic services
Communicate patients’ condition during hand-offs
Perform charge duties
Round on patients per policy
