Current registration with College of Nurses of Ontario, Current ACLS certification, Current BCLS certification, Previous experience in PACU required, Critical Care certificate required, Experience with arterial and central lines, Experience with epidurals, Experience with PCAs, Problem solving abilities, Critical thinking skills, Excellent organizational skills, Flexibility, Diplomacy, Public relation skills, Conflict resolution skills, Demonstrated commitment to professional development, Knowledge of policy and practice standards, Satisfactory employment and attendance record
Nice to Have
Patient centered care experience, Good communication skills, Clear patient focus, Ability to manage execution, Foster teamwork and cooperation
