Role Summary The Registered Manager is the clinical and regulatory cornerstone of Hometouch. You will hold CQC registration on behalf of the business, lead our clinical governance framework, and be the principal point of accountability for the quality and safety of our regulated care service. This is not a back-office compliance role. We are looking for an experienced healthcare professional or a clinical governance specialist with genuine dementia expertise, the confidence to lead a care team and shape clinical standards, and the commercial awareness to support our growth. You will work closely with the CEO, COO and Head of Clinical Governance to ensure our regulated service is outstanding in every respect. Key Responsibilities 1.CQC Registration & Regulatory Leadership • Hold and maintain CQC registration as Registered Manager; take direct responsibility for the regulated service • Ensure the service meets all fundamental standards, including Regulations 9, 12, 17, 18, 19 and 20 • Lead preparation for CQC inspections; produce evidence portfolios and coordinate inspection-readiness activities • Submit all statutory notifications accurately and on time • Maintain and continuously improve the service's regulatory compliance records and quality audit programme 2\.
