Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - West Jordan, UT Company: Wildflower Grove ABA - a Finni Health company Job Type: Part-Time | 10.5 hours/week Schedule: Mon - Thurs: 4:30pm - 6:30pm; Fri: 3:30pm - 6:00pm Location: In-person – West Jordan, Utah Pay: $25-$30 per hour (depending on experience) About Us: At Wildflower Grove ABA, our approach is play-based, trauma-informed, and client-centered, designed to meet each child’s unique short- and long-term needs. We strongly believe that collaboration with families is essential to a child’s success and growth. At the heart of the practice is a neuro-affirming philosophy: seeing each child as a whole person, not a diagnosis. About the Role As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment. Key Responsibilities - Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision - Collect and record accurate session data - Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals through positive reinforcement - Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families - Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education Qualifications - Current RBT Certification (required) - Active CPR Certification (required within your first 30 days) - Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, & insurance (required) - Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred) - Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred) - A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial) - Comfortable working on the floor, lifting 25–40 lbs, and engaging in active play What We Offer - Competitive pay
