We’re a team on a mission to help children with autism thrive. As a Behavior Therapist, you’ll help children with autism develop new skills, celebrate milestones, and reach their full potential – all while jumpstarting your own career in behavioral health. We know that great care starts with supported, empowered therapists. That’s why we provide you with fully paid comprehensive training to help you earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification – That means no prior experience is required! In fact, most of our new hires are ready to sit for their certification within just 35 days of their start date. What You’ll Do Work 1:1 with children between the ages of 2-9 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping them learn communication, social, and daily-living skills. Implement individualized therapy programs designed by our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), collect data, and participate in team discussions around progress and strategy. Bring energy, creativity, and passion – Using play, movement, and laughter to engage children while promoting skill-building and growth. Partner with clients and their families in celebrating wins, problem-solving challenges, and promoting each child’s growth.
