Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – New Johnsonville, Tennessee Company: Open Doors ABA, a Finni Health company Job Type: Part-time (less than 30 hours per week) Location: In-person – New Johnsonville, TN (In-home setting) Pay: $23 - $26 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday. 4:30 pm-6:30 pm About the Role Open Doors ABA, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in New Johnsonville, TN. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on their development and daily life.
