Must Have
Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Nice to Have
2 years of experience working with children and their families
What You'll Do.
and development of BT/RBT team members
Support psychosocial and developmental needs of children
Schedule and implement ABA services
Plan and execute age-appropriate activities and events
Organize and assist with onboarding of BT/RBT
Develop training schedule for onboarding new staff
Meet with new team members for orientation
Train new team members during onboarding
Provide additional training to team members
Assist with competency assessments
Coach new team members on writing notes
Complete RBT treatment following ITP
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities
Delegate tasks during project times
Maintain inventory of toys
Complete supply orders
Organize necessary supplies
Lead and supervise volunteers and staff
Update posted information and scheduling
Collaborate and participate in meetings
Perform front office duties
Assist with ABA schedule
Assist with group activities
Help supervise children
Ensure daily completion of task list
Lead in culture and team building
Ensure confidentiality of information
Participate in performance reviews
Participate in one-on-one meetings
Provide feedback to administration
Assist and support leadership
