Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) - Mason, Michigan Company: SenseSational Learning Group Job Type: Full-Time Location: In-Person - Mason, MI Pay: $20-$23 per hour (depending on experience) Who We Are: We're a small, BCBA-owned ABA practice focused on play-based, naturalistic therapy for neurodivergent kids. No table drills—just meaningful skill-building through play in homes, schools, and communities. We're growing intentionally, and we need playful, patient, and observant people to join our team. What You'll Do: - Provide 1:1 support to children using play-based ABA techniques - Work in homes and community settings (parks, libraries, schools) - Follow individualized treatment plans created by our BCBA team - Collect data and communicate progress with families and supervisors - Build genuine relationships with kids and families Schedule & Availability: - Full-Time | 30-40 hours per week - Additional morning and afternoon hours available - Consistent weekday schedule Requirements: - Reliable transportation to get to homes and community sites on time - 40-hour RBT training completed (or willingness to complete before start date) - Previous experience working with children - Reliable transportation and valid driver's license - Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active with kids What We Offer: - $20-23/hour (higher pay for certified RBTs) - Paid training time - We cover your RBT exam and application fees - Mileage reimbursement - Supportive BCBA supervision toward certification - Ongoing professional development and mentorship - Small team environment where your voice matters - Medical, Vision, and Dental benefits for all full-time employees Bonus Points For: - Experience with neurodivergent children (autism, ADHD) - Knowledge of behavior management strategies - Bilingual skills Ready to Apply?
