What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Registered Behavior Technician Certification, Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, Ability to pass a background check, High school diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have
Behavior Technician strongly preferred, Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
What You'll Do.
Implementing individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA
Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments
Provide 1: 1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists; Attend team meetings
