**Join Our Team as a Behavior Technician at Behavioral Health Works!** Why BHW? Our team of BCBAs, Supervisors, and Behavior Technicians work closely with families to build skills, celebrate wins, and make a real impact - all in a supportive, growth-focused environment. We’re looking for fun, energetic people to join our team as Behavior Technicians/RBTs! You’ll help teach communication, social, play, and everyday life skills using ABA therapy. No RBT certification? No problem - we provide the training and cover the costs. If you’re passionate about making a difference and want to grow with a fast-moving team, we’d love to meet you.
