Must Have

A minimum of 7 years of industrial/manufacturing architectural design experience, A working knowledge of local, state, and national building codes, Proficiency in Revit, Proficiency in AutoCAD, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Proficiency in Microsoft Project, A Bachelor of Architecture (BArch), A registered architect (RA) license

Nice to Have

A working knowledge of code studies/evaluations for life science facilities or hazardous/classified areas, A minimum of five years of experience executing industrial projects in the advanced technologies and life science sectors, Food and beverage or heavy industrial/manufacturing project experience, Experience in the development and creation of construction documents for pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or food and beverage industries, Experience in the design of greenfield facilities, Experience in the renovation of existing buildings, Experience in the design of ISO clean rooms, Experience in the design of labs and processing spaces, Experience in the design of cold storage and refrigerated processing environments, Experience in coordinating design with process engineers on industrial installations of production equipment, A Master of Architecture (MArch), A NCARB license
