What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of enterprise software sales experience selling to named accounts within the SLED vertical, 5-10+ years of proven sales leadership with a leading software company, History of exceptional quota attainment required, Enterprise sales experience with a deep network of SLED decision makers
Nice to Have
Deep knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape and network operations environment preferred, New York, NY being a preferred location
What You'll Do.
Drive a sales team consisting of up to 8 Director of Strategic Accounts (DSA's) to success
Deliver technology solutions tailored to customer needs
Meet and beat assigned revenue targets
Oversee and be the primary sales leader for the Northeast SLED sales team
Directly manage and develop a team of 6–8 individual contributors (DSA's)
and deal coaching sessions with your team
Develop and prepare an actionable strategic sales plan for each named account
Maintain awareness and status of all essential regional contractual obligations
Facilitate customer meetings and communications regarding deliverables where necessary
Own forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene at the team level
Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit
