Must Have
3+ years of experience in a sales management or leadership role, Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets in a regional or territory leadership capacity, Experience managing and coaching high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, background in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles, Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a matrix / co-prime sales model
Nice to Have
ideally in enterprise software / SaaS, written and verbal communication skills in additional European languages a plus
