Experience working as a Regional Manager in Multifamily Affordable Housing operations, Understanding of site-level operations, Understanding of client engagement, Understanding of regional leadership, Demonstrated success in managing teams, Demonstrated success in supporting operational performance, Demonstrated success in fostering client satisfaction across multiple properties, Familiarity with budgeting, Familiarity with forecasting, Familiarity with reporting processes
