Bachelor's degree or 8+ years experience, 2+ years leadership experience, 3+ years learning environment experience, Experience in instructional design, Experience formulating training strategies, Project-management experience, Experience with standard work sequencing, Experience with 5S, Experience with takt times, Experience with value streams, Experience with Lean Manufacturing concepts, Ability to influence Senior leadership
