With our strong network of technology partners, excellent domain expertise and differentiated value proposition, we are able to go above and beyond for our customers, far exceeding expectations. ## Responsibilities In charge of the end-to-end process of talent acquisition activities, from job requisition / intake meetings with hiring managers to pre-onboarding Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events. Utilize advanced search techniques and tools to build a strong talent pipeline of candidates Conduct qualifying phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural alignment. Partner with key stakeholders and hiring managers to understand and clarify talent needs and expectations Provide insights and recommendations on candidate profiles, market trends, and best practices to ensure successful hires. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback. Extend job offers to shortlisted candidates, negotiate compensation packages, and address any concerns or questions. Collaborate with various organizations including tertiary institutions for recruitment events, internship and talent pipelining Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
