Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with interest in talent acquisition, or HR, Available for a full-time internship for 10–12 weeks (May to August 2026), Proficiency in English, Good communication and organisational skills, Detail-oriented with good time management abilities, Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders, A genuine passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience, Interest in diversity and inclusion initiatives within recruitment practices

Nice to Have

Mandarin and/or Japanese language capabilities are a plus due to regional hiring exposure

What You'll Do.

Utilize a diverse range of sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates

Conduct talent mapping and market research to support regional hiring and expansion plans

Support initial candidate screening and scheduling processes

Manage candidate communications and interview logistics for both virtual and onsite interviews

Deliver a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey

Support regional Go-to-Market (GTM) hiring activities across Japan

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern (12 weeks) to support regional Go-to-Market (GTM) hiring activities across Japan, China, and Singapore. The internship is expected to commence anytime between now and August 2026. This internship provides hands-on exposure to recruitment operations, candidate sourcing, talent market mapping, and interview coordination within a fast-paced international environment. As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Similarweb, you will play a key role in helping us attract and engage top talent across APAC markets.
