Our Mission Critical Services Organization supports State and Local Government infrastructures, including Land Mobile Radio, E911, and Command Center technologies. The Regional System Integration Manager (RSM) oversees business deployment and execution within their territory. Managing public safety contracts, the RSM handles the implementation and sustainment of mission-critical communication systems, with success measured by customer satisfaction, revenue, and margins. Our team ensures optimal technology performance through monitoring, maintenance, and rapid response. ## Job Description The Regional System Integration Manager (RSM) is a pivotal leadership role within Motorola Solutions' Mission Critical Services Organization, primarily focused on business operations in Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
