Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven relationship-building abilities., organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities., Proactive and self-motivated approach with a focus on business development., Proficiency in CRM systems and maintaining accurate records., Ability to work effectively in a team environment., Demonstrated success in a similar business development or partnership role, within financial services / professional services
Nice to Have
Relevant Level 4 qualification (CII or CISI) or equivalent., Experience in wealth management
What You'll Do.
Develop and execute SPG initiatives aligned with regional and national strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with key Centres of Influence (CoIs).
Coordinate and monitor referrals.
Support direct client engagement and conversion of opportunities.
Contribute to SPG new business targets.
Foster internal relationships.
Stay informed on market conditions and adapt to regulatory and business changes.
Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams to develop and maintain collateral and external partnerships.
