Ally Behavior is a full-time, center-based, early intervention Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy program, serving children with autism ranging from 18 months to 6 years of age. Our mission is to deliver the highest quality therapy to help our early learners reach their potential to communicate, improve social skills, and prepare for academic success. We are seeking a Regional Speech-Language Pathologist who can work across multiple locations throughout Maryland, Virginia or the DC Metropolitan Area. Our center-based program delivers intensive early intervention for young children with autism. Each child receives 1-on-1 ABA therapy delivered by a technician and overseen by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the day. Most of our learners require Speech Therapy in addition to ABA and Occupational Therapy. We are looking for an energetic, motivated individual to provide high quality Speech Therapy, collaborate with our clinicians on case management, and help our learners maximize their potential.
