What You'll Achieve.
Extract maximum value from our supply base; Build year over year cost reduction plans that consistently deliver TCO improvement; Drive operational excellence; Ensure strategic relationships are successfully developed; Drive low volume spend into preferred higher value agreements; Mitigate supplier risks; Ensure that our designs are cost effective; Recover supplier COPQ levels from non-performance with clear supplier causality

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Undergraduate degree in supply chain, business, engineering or other applicable fields required, Minimum five years team management experience, Previous experience managing teams in a multisite environment, Minimum Eight + years progressive Sourcing experience, Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, Excellent communication skills with suppliers and in a matrix organization, Proven negotiations skills, Experience analyzing complex data, Experience drafting tender and contractual documents, Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals, Ability to present information upwards to senior management as well as to subordinate staff members, Previous experience working in a global matrix management structure, Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Oversee all Sourcing activity for APAC business
Align Sourcing strategies to business requirements
Extract maximum value from supply base
Build plans to localize supply
Build year over year cost reduction plans
Deliver TCO improvement
Lead business reviews with major regional suppliers
Drive operational excellence
Develop strategic relationships
Optimize number of strategic vendor partnerships
Drive low volume spend into preferred agreements
Provide guidance and mentorship to team
Identify supplier risks
Develop plans to mitigate risks
Ensure designs are cost effective
Implement global standard cost recovery process
Recover supplier COPQ levels
