Must Have
significant experience in heavy vehicle service environments (bus, coach, or HGV), deep technical knowledge, customer-first mindset, ability to manage regional operations and remote teams effectively, confident communicator, engage senior stakeholders, analyse performance data, make sound decisions under pressure, balancing safety, customer needs, and commercial outcomes
Nice to Have
Experience within a bus or coach OEM or Tier 1 supplier, Exposure to electric or zero-emission fleets in operation, Experience supporting diverse operators (public, private, independent), Involvement in fleet introductions or mobilisation projects, Knowledge of UK public transport or franchising environments
