8 years' experience providing engineering services, Bachelor's degree, Highest level certifications within Architecture area, Understanding of IT operations challenges, Experience working for VAR or Systems Integrator, Experience designing technology solutions for Fortune 500, Knowledge of Data Storage, Knowledge of Backup Storage Solutions, Knowledge of Data Center Networking Layer 2, Comfortably communicate and present in front of C-Level Executives, VPs and Directors, Understanding of how clients use technology, Familiarity with local district markets, Ability to lead and mentor other engineers, Firm grasp on industry trends
